Prior to joining Advent-Morro, Ms. Bonilla was the Accounting Manager of Eurobank, a Puerto Rico bank with over $2 billion in assets. There she supervised the accounting operational functions and performed the reporting to regulatory agencies. She also actively participated in the purchase of two others banks and the reporting preparation for the bank’s initial public offering. Ms. Bonilla also has vast experience in accounting cycle of professional services and construction companies. Ms. Bonilla is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Puerto Rico and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Recinto Universitario de Mayaguez of the University of Puerto Rico.
